Group Training Trainer's Club offers over 30 group training sessions each week in our group studio room. We try to offer something for all members with a wide variety of classes including Boot Camp, Yoga, Power Hour, Spinning, Tai Chi and Pilates. Almost all classes are complementary to Trainer's Club members, and non members are welcome to take classes for just $10 each.
