Jeanne
Zelke LMT Jeanne specializes in Body Rock Massage, a penetrating
technique that uses a warmed tool made of serpentine marble. Licensed
since 1987, Jeanne also offers Swedish massage, geriatric therapy, and
pre- and post-event sports massage. She frequently uses side-lying massage
when working with pregnant women and the elderly. Depending on the clients
needs, Jeanne can offer a calming relaxing treatment or she can work
a specific muscle group that may be strained due to a workout. Lic.

Cyrus
Monsef LMT Cyrus has been with Trainer's Club since its opening
in 2000, serving the membership as both massage therapist and personal
trainer. Cyrus crafts an individual treatment for each client that draws
on his background of medical massage and deep tissue therapy. He employs
additional modalities as needed including lomilomi, cranio-sacral therapy.

Teresas Robertson LMT Licensed since 1992, Teresa specializes in therapeutic bodywork that releases tension after a workout or from daily stressors . Her background is in medical massage helping with issues such as Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Sports Injury, Migraines, TMJ, Auto Accidents, Headaches, recovery from Illness and Surgery, as well as Neck & Back pain. Ryan Milley MAcOM, LAc Ryan received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science from Colby-Sawyer College and his Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MAcOM) Degree from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. Ryan is certified to practice acupuncture, Chinese herbalism, Tuina (Chinese massage), and teach Qi Gong (Chinese meditation). Soon after graduating Ryan traveled to China for advanced studies in Chinese herbal medicine at the International Training Center in Nanjing. Ryan is an avid athlete as noted by his 10 years training in Sho Hei Ryu, (Okinawan karate) and 15 years teaching skiing and snowboarding. His love of sport and knowledge in the sports science field led him to provide care for sports enthusiasts with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). In addition to his clinical practice, Ryan has an associate position in the research department at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. He is involved with numerous projects, including bridging TCM and standard biomedical care within the field of sports medicine. With approximately 10 years of experience within the field of clinical research, he has been involved with numerous studies and previously worked at the esteemed Brigham and Women’s Hospital of Harvard Medical School. has co-authored journal articles as well as a recent book chapter, Controlled
Clinical Trials in Acupuncture within the updated 2001 award-winning
book Complementary Medicine in Clinical Practice: Integrative Practice
in American Healthcare.

Cheryl
Couch LMT Cheryl offers a range of therapeutic modalities in her
massage practice. Licensed since 2004, Cheryl blends traditional Swedish
and deep tissue massage with warmed stone sculpting treatments. Integrating
other complemetary therapies such as myofascial release, side-lying
massage, Reiki and reflexology, Cheryl creates a balanced treatment
