What is this class?

Find your inner abs and work your body like a dancer in a class designed to restore breathing, alignment, flexibility, and strength. Class begins at the barre and soon moves to the mat, where you will stretch and strengthen without putting stress on your joints. No dance experience is required.

1 hour, 1 time a week
