We are compact yet our equipment is state-of-the-art and we have "everything," as our members like to say. We offer a range of fitness and wellness options in a single location, with providers who possess a high degree of expertise and experience, in a way that we have not seen elsewhere. Many of our providers have been with us for 15+ years. We are here to help you live well and move well.
All group classes are included with membership.
Our plush locker rooms are a refuge in which to pamper yourself (self care is important), with roomy private showers, a sauna and steam bath in each locker room, and complimentary day-use lockers. We provide fluffy bath towels, gym towels and washcloths. The showers and vanities are stocked with personal care products, as well as hair dryers and styling tools.
We provide complimentary coffee and tea, as well as the daily newspaper, in our lobby filled with comfy leather armchairs. You can also select something from among our stock of sports drinks and protein snacks.
