What is this class?

This is a strength and conditioning class designed to help build muscle and burn calories through resistance and cardio exercise. Suitable for most fitness levels. If you are unsure, speak to the instructor prior to class. Held in the Trainer's Club Fitness Studio. Wear your workout clothes and bring your water bottle. Free day-use lockers are available in the locker room to store a change of clothes.

1 hour, 1 time a week
