What is this class?

This engaging and challenging class features a different weekly workout for a full-body training session. Get ready to do jumping jacks, burpees, mountain climbers, squats, and lunges using various tools including bands, weights, medicine balls and more. Modifications will be offered to match all fitness levels. Held in the Trainer's Club fitness studio. Advance sign-up required. Max 13 people.
