What is this class?

Spin is an ideal cardio workout that avoids putting stress on your joints. Using intervals of climbing and sprints, you can burn between 400-600 calories per class. Benefits include weight loss, and improved strength and endurance. Some classes incorporate small weights during the workout. Your instructor will keep things lively with pumping music and lots of encouragement!
