What is this class?

This class teaches the foundations and movements of the ancient martial arts forms of Tai Chi. Tai Chi increases strength, stamina, balance, and flexibility. All abilities welcome! Wear loose, comfortable clothing and shoes that do not grab the floor. Advance sign-up is required.

2-hour class, 1 time a week

Price includes two hours of class instruction.
