What is this class?

Using specialized hanging straps, TRX employs your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and core and joint stability. By leveraging your body weight to perform a variety of exercises, you get a full-body workout while simultaneously working your core. You can adjust your body position to either add or decrease resistance, making it appropriate for all fitness levels.

1 hour, 3 times a week
