Foundations is at 11am in the Trainer's Club studio! All participants will be given a chair, with the option to use it as needed. This class focuses on mobility, balance, stability, and posture with exercises that include range of motion/flexibility, muscle strength, muscle endurance, and coordination. Exercises will be performed in standing and seated position, with optional modifications for remaining seated. Will include intermittent use of hand weights and bands. At no time will participants perform exercises on the floor.

Hatha flow yoga classes can help with increasing stamina and overall strength, improving balance and flexibility, reducing stress, increasing core strength, and creating mind/body awareness. Restorative in nature, all levels welcome.
