This class focuses on mobility, balance, stability, and posture with exercises that include range of motion/flexibility, muscle strength, muscle endurance, and coordination. Exercises will be performed in standing and seated position, with optional modifications for remaining seated. We will include intermittent use of hand weights and bands. At no time will participants perform exercises on the floor. This class is suitable for seniors, beginners and those with limitations, but also has value for anyone wanting to include systematic mobility, balance and stability training as a supplement to their established fitness program.
