Glutes and Abs is a unique class targeted just for your booty and core. Your glutes are the strongest muscles in your body and it's important to keep them active to help decrease back pain and improve posture, balance and stability. After a 5-minute warmup, we will use a mix of weights, bands, balls and bodyweight exercises. You will never see the same workout in this class. Mixing it up will engage the glutes and core in different ways, resulting in a stronger YOU. And most of all, we have fun!
