Hatha flow yoga classes are slower than other types of yoga and poses are held for several breaths. In Hatha flow, there is more time to experience the pose and find the best way to hold it. Hatha flow yoga classes can help with increasing stamina and overall strength, improving balance and flexibility, reducing stress, increasing core strength, and creating mind/body awareness. Restorative in nature, all levels welcome.
