Iyengar is a form of yoga that has an emphasis on proper alignment in the performance of posture and breath control. Iyengar encourages the use of props to assist students to challenge themselves within postures without putting them at risk of injury. You will be guided through a sequence of poses designed to increase muscle strength, joint stability, and flexibility. Held in the Trainer's Club fitness studio. Advance sign-up required.
