What is this class?

This class is all you'll need to become well-acquainted with the TRX suspension system, body bars, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls and more. With new and challenging exercises every week, each session is designed to work your whole body at an upbeat and engaging pace. Held in the Trainer's Club fitness studio. Advance sign-up required. Max 13 people.
