Expect a different workout every week that will include any or all of the following: calisthenics such as jumping jacks, burpees, mountain climbers, squats and lunges; resistance training with bands; strength training with weights; and a mixup of battle ropes, medicine balls, safety toners, TRX, rowing, spinning, and wall sits. Your instructor will always give options for differing fitness levels. Held in the Trainer's Club fitness studio. Advance sign-up required. Max 13 people.
