This class teaches the foundations and movements of the ancient martial arts forms of Tai Chi. Tai Chi increases strength, stamina, balance, and flexibility. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and shoes that do not grab the floor. Advance sign-up is required. This class is appropriate for all ages and most fitness levels. If you have special needs please consult the instructor. You will be standing the entire class time, and if needed, we'll bring in a chair for you to take breaks.
