This is a Vinyasa Flow Class incorporating multi-level poses and using breath to enhance the effects of movement. Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another seamlessly, using breath. Yoga improves flexibility, strength and balance. It also helps release stress and enhance concentration and immune function. This is a great class for anyone wishing to learn the traditional discipline of yoga. All levels welcome!
